There is a time during this program when I ask my clients to comment on how they feel. Listed below are just a few examples of what some of the hundreds have said - completely unsolicited.
"Thank you for a most supportive and inspirational program, I have thoroughly enjoyed it! I have lost weight - which was a main goal I have much more energy - don't feel lethargic at all. I am having better quality sleep. I don't struggle to get up in the morning - in fact I find it really easy - big change! I don't concentrate on food during my day - although I love food it has become less of a focus - I used to think about lunch at breakfast and what we have for dinner at lunch - now I take it as it comes etc. I don't feel bloated - I know this was down to a lot of carbs - I don't miss them in my diet now and will continue to leave most of them out. I have not been as indulgent - the odd wine (when I have been allowed) or the odd choc etc. rather than a bottle or a bar of choc. Someone once said to me "nothing tastes as good as feeling slimmer". Oh, how right they were. I am enjoying my new self so much and don't want to go back at all. Praise thee Helen Hall!! I feel (unlike any other diet or health kick I have gone on) that I have made some real changes/ habits that will be with me for a long time etc. I am a happier person and very determined and strong
"I just feel balanced. I don't feel bloated or anything like I used to and my energy levels are just constant the whole day. I don't have any ups and downs which is a good thing, even late at night I don't really feel exhausted or anything after working all day and working again when I get home. I am walking more and noticing that when I walk my resting heart rate the next day is lower and getting lower everyday. I hope this means I am getting fitter! The one comment I am getting from everyone is "have you lost weight?" . In actual fact I have and I didn't even mean too. I put on alot of weight went I firt went overseas 5 years ago and lost most of it but still had a little bit of excess that I just couldn't get rid of. Now, even this is gone. I definitely don't want to lose any more weight and am making sure that I eat all my meals and my snacks. I would like to start doing some weights as well to tone my muscles. I have noticed that I don't have sugar cravings any more. I don't feel like chocolate or jam on toast or anything like that. The one thing I do miss is CHIPS. But these aren't cravings but more physcological!! I am enjoying what I can eat. I love my eggs in the morning and being able to eat cheese. It's great!"

I just did it, thanks for all your support, and the fantastic program that is the MOST comprehensive I've ever seen. "As I'm coming to the end of the program I'd like to give you my feedback. I've been extremely pleased with the results as I've lost approximately 5 kgs in weight which puts me within a couple of kilos of my desired weight. I've noticed a big difference in how I'm feeling, more alive, not so heavy in the gut, clearer eyes and clarity of mind which is great. I'm totally committed to continue this healthy way of eating and have learned much about the foods I thought were not good for me such as eggs, cheese etc. I've also learned to enjoy salads which I've kept away from for years. The true test came on Wednesday when I met (with) a client at an Italian coffee shop with "divine" pastries. I had had my afternoon snack before going and had planned to have something if i wanted to. I know this will sound pathetic, but previously there is no way I would have walked out with out eating something and taking some home. BUT it wasn't even an issue this time! "I feel I need to complete our contract by thanking you for the very big part you played in my health recovery. In only two months I have lost two stone, my liver function is back to normal, I have energy and feel very fit and the diabetes glucose test showed that for the last three months it averaged 6.8 which is good as this included September when I hadn't really started on the program. I used to need quite a bit of time to be really awake, but this week (and especially the last two days), I have woken up and been really awake straight away. Nice feeling, I must say. "THE JEANS! - the best part about my whole Christmas - you will giggle! After my hip injury I was advised not to exercise for ages, then when I finally got the OK to exercise, my motivation seemed to have died and I felt like a log. Its now BACK! I love that!
